I had a wonderful stay, and I felt like I really got my money’s worth. the apartment was spacious, clean, and located just a block from the beach, with friendly staff who even surprised us with a little anniversary gift!

The hotel breakfast menu could use more fresh fruit options.

Make sure you stay in the apartment with all amenities. Glad to have a good sized balcony, a lounge, and an iron.

We had a terrific stay for a business trip.

Everything was good, including pleasant staff and excellent location close to public transport especially the excellent G Tram. Had reasonably large room with separate bathroom and a lounge and an iron. We greatly enjoyed the view of the lake.

It was a very enjoyable stay for 3 nights. I really enjoyed well laid out and decent sized rooms with dryer and balconies, for example. The staff were supper friendly and exceptionally nice all the time of my stay. Location: the hotel was really close to Northcliffe tram station, tramway and tram, buses and shops.

The staff here are really capable and helpful. the rooms are a good size and come with nice features like a lounge area and an iron. 😊.

It was clean, Smelt great and the staff were fantastic, the accommodation was in great modern condition and I would definitely recommend it and return.

It was very convenient and I found the staff very helpful. The bathroon could have done with a good scrub in the shower recess. The pillows were like sleeping on bricks, I would suggest buying 4 more new pillows that have some bounce in them. Also some scatter pillows for the lounge. The room was budget but it needs to be revamped a little quite tired. Had everything in the room that was required and the view was great. Overall I was happy with my stay.

The rooms here were clean, had a sitting area, and came with amenities like an iron, while the twin bedroom boasted a breathtaking ocean view.

Friendly and well organised staff. Well fitted out rooms, clean and well appointed. Everything on hand for your convenience. Very comfortable and easy access to all things on .the gold coast. Main rooms opened to a balcony with a lovely outlook, even though it was on the main road noise was minimal. Will definately stay again.

There are plenty of breakfast options and the location is great with easy access to the beach, shops, restaurants, and secure parking in a nice area.

Wonderful place to stay with favourable location. Great food and quiet atmosphere. Great services, the free parking was available onsite.

I was not aware that room will not be cleaned up everyday by the hotel staff.
